Laundry Wash Key Water Temperatures,  
Industrial Wash: Not more than 165° , not recommend .
Home Wash: 120° or less

DO NOT USE Detergents with Bleach
DO NOT USE Detergents that contain animal fats
DO NOT USE Chlorine Bleach
DO NOT USE Fabric Softener or Dryer Sheets

These are 100% Cotton items , do not use high temperatures or you will also experience shrinkage.
